Observed hand sink in main kitchen with maximum temperature of 59 degrees F. Rule: A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Pf Priority foundation item must correct in 10 days.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(b) - working containers, common name (pf)
Observed unlabeled spray bottle containing clear liquid in main kitchen. Rule: Working containers used for storing chemicals such as cleaners and sanitizers shall be labeled with the common name of material. Corrective Action: PIC disposed of liquid.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf)
Observed wiping cloth stored in chorine solution. Observed facility without testing strip. Rule: A test kit or other device that measures sanitizer concentration shall be provided. Pf Priority foundation item must correct in 10 days.
