Comments

All cold held items were in compliance. No hot holding was observed at this inspection. All food in freezer was frozen solid. Note: Please ensure that freezer is repaired before the routine inspection. Freezer has a build up of ice/frost around the door from the seal not being tight enough. Note: Several items were date marked with a prep and discard date, but then items were date marked with only a prep date or only a discard date. Please ensure that employees are date marking items the same way so there is less confusion on when items are prepped and when items need to be discarded. RAR complete. A routine inspection will be completed before December 31, 2024. Questions? 770-784-2121 www.gnrhealth.com
