Observed sanitizer solution in 3-compartment sink and buckets stored throughout kitchen with levels greater than 500 ppm. CA: Person in charge advised when using quaternary ammonium based sanitizer to maintain levels between 150-400ppm. COS: Sanitizer solution in 3 comp diluted to less than 400ppm. Corrected sanitizer in 3-compartment sink used to replace solution in buckets. Person in charge called Ecolab to service dispenser.
