Establishment does not have any sanitizer on site. CA: EPA-registered sanitizer must be present on site to sanitize food contact surfaces (FCSs). Person in charge (PIC) ordered Quat during the inspection.

Observed single-use styrofoam cups stacked upright with no proper covering. Food worker inverted the styrofoam cups.
