5 - sewers/sewage disposal systems/dump stations approved; properly constructed and installed; no surface discharge
Regulation: 511-6-2-.10(2) - sewage disposal-surface discharge
Observed significant evidence of effluent discharge occurring at the two large septic system drain fields serving the areas of entrance B. Evidence was observed at the system located behind spaces 61-58 and also the system between the storm water detention pond and the community dumpsters. Staff (Steve) has indicated they have a septic contractor coming out to check the pump operation and dosing volumes of both systems, adding some additional cover material to level area, and will apply Hydrated (powered) lime (Reapply as needed until permanent solution is in place) to apparent discharge sites

Observed live roaches in bath house near Adventurer cabin. While records of treatment were available and indicated no evidence of infestation, facility will spot treat bath house
