Observed multiple TCS items (see temperature log) holding at a temperature greater than 41F in walk in cooler in main kitchen. CA: Cold TCS food items are to be maintained at 41F or below. COS: All TCS food items in walk in cooler greater than 4 hours were discarded. PIC stated WIC had an issue this week and had been repaired day before. PIC called maintenance to come back to facility. PIC notified to not use WIC for TCS food items until verified in good working condition.
