Observed no verifiable means that food employees were informed to report symptoms an/or illnesses. CA: Food employees must report symptoms or illnesses. COS: Discussed with employee signed forms should be available for health authority review. Correct by date indicated.
UDATE: 05/12/2026 Employee health policy provided and showed illnesses, symptoms and reporting had been relayed to employees.

Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed establishment does not have established procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment. CA: Establishment must have procedures that address vomitus/diarrhea incidents. Correct by date indicated.
UPDATE: 05/12/2026 Bodily fluid kit with instructions and disinfectant provided.
