Observed TCS food items in walk-in cooler holding at a temperature greater than 41F. CA: TCS items that had been in cooler greater than 4 hours were discarded. PIC stated external thermometer had read at 41F this morning, but did not check internal food temperatures, therefore no way to verify food was in safe range. PIC will have someone come look at unit to ensure holding correctly.

Observed drink nozzles in lobby area not cleaned at a frequency to be maintained clean to sight and touch. CA: PIC removed nozzles to be detailed clean.
