Observed debris in main kitchen bulk ice machine and in ice well in front food service area. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC to have detailed clean. Update: Ice machines were detailed clean to sight and touch.

Observed no hot water at hand sinks in main kitchen area, or in rest rooms. Temperature reading at 69F-70F. CA: A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85F. COS: PIC stated maintenance had been in facility earlier in the day working with plumbing. Maintenace was called back to facility and had hot water restored at all sinks.
