Observed several spray bottles with chemical sanitizers not labeled. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. COS: Bottles labeled.

Observed screen door left open and dumpster lid left open. CA: Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by having closed, tight-fitting windows; and solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.

Observed most current inspection report not posted (71). CA: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.

Observed raw chicken stored on top of ready to eat foods in both walk-in cooler and reach-in cooler. Also, observed raw shelled eggs stored on top of ready to eat foods. CA: Food shall be protected from cross contamination by being stored below ready to eat foods. COS: Items correctly stored.

Observed items in prep-top cooler temping above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. CA: Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F. COS: Items were moved.

Observed multiple containers of meat in walk-in cooler not labeled or date marked. CA: refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, when held at a temperature of 41°F (5°C) or below for a maximum of 7 days. The day of preparation shall be counted as Day 1. COS: Items labeled or discarded if held greater than 24 hours.

Observed large bottle of GermX stored with condiment in prep station. CA: Storage, Separation. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. COS: Item was moved.

Observed back door open when entering kitchen. CA: All doors/windows need to remain closed if they do not have a screen or air curtain. COS: Door closed.
