Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed in-use knife being stored slid in between two prep top coolers. COS: Knife was removed to be properly cleaned and sanitizer, and will be stored on the magnetic wall strip with the other knives. CA: Cooking utensils must not be stored in areas that are not easily cleanable.

Observed ice scoop being stored on top of soda machine; top was dusty and had not been cleaned recently. COS: Ice scoop removed to be properly cleaned and sanitized before use again. CA: Spoke with management about placing a cleanable jug by the ice machine to store the ice scoop. All cooking/food utensils must be kept in places that are easily cleanable.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed all door and sink handles were sticky. CA: Ensure all surfaces being touched by hands (with or without gloves) is being kept clean and sanitized. Recommend taking sanitizer rags and wiping all surfaces every few hours.
