Also observed dishwasher handling dirty dishes and then handling clean dishes without washing hands in between. Corrective Action: Kitchen staff must be retrained in proper handwashing. Hands must be washed after touching foods/dirty dishes before handling other foods/cleaned dishes. Rinsing gloved hands is not acceptable; gloves must be removed before hand washing and new gloves may be worn after hand washing.
