Central Guestroom toilet (1) not in operating condition. Observed multiple holes in walls, sink in disrepair, and floors covered in grime.
Central Guestroom Toilet (2) was locked due to bathroom renovation
34 - grounds, walkways, porches and hallways maintained; drives provide unobstructed width and proper spacing; graded to drain; trailer spaces marked clearly, areas clean and maintained in good repair

Observed trash piles at campsite by creek. CA: Ensure all outdoor spaces are kept clean of litter/trash

Observed open walls to showers and exposed light bulbs in ceiling light

Observed side doors of dumpster left open, trash coming out of top, and pile of trash behind dumpster. CA: All trash must be kept in dumpster and all doors/lids must be kept closed
