2-1B - hands clean and properly washed
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(c) - when to wash (p)
Observed employee wear gloves and crack raw eggs. Employee then wiped gloved hands or towel, than make biscuit with same gloves on used to crack raw egg. Employee shall properly wash hands and change gloves when changing between tasks of handling raw foods to ready to eat foods.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Observed build up near walk in cooler, in drawers around grill area, and in back storage area.
