Observed container holding tortillas with grease on the outside of the container. COS. Container was moved to ware washing area for cleaning.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c)
Observed wet nesting of bowls on shelf. All dishware shall be air dried before storage. COS. Bowl was placed in warewashing area for cleaning.
