All items were discarded and discussed with Person-in-charge the need to temp all food items after an hour to ensure that unit is holding at correct temperatures as these open coolers are notorious for struggling to maintain min. temperatures. Person-in-charge stated that they would have unit looked at ASAP and if need to be replaced would seek a closed unit (with doors).
