Observed raw chicken stored next to/behind tomato juice and above whole cuts of beef and ground beef in WIC in main kitchen.
CA: Food shall be separated and stored by internal cook temperatures; RTE foods stored at top and raw chicken stored at bottom.
COS: PIC rearranged WIC.

Observed bar utensils stored in cup of water (73°F) at bar.
CA: Utensils stored in water between use shall be maintained at a temperature of at least 135°F.
