Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed utensil tray and interior ceiling of microwave with food debris present and not cleaned at a frequency necessary to be maintained clean to sight and touch.
CA: Equipment such as ice makers shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer, or absent instructions, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil.
COS: PIC had employee remove and wash utensil tray and clean microwave.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(l) - toilet rooms, enclosed (c)
Observed door to restroom by kitchen not self-close.
CA: A toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door.
