Observed buildup of mold-like substance on the chute of the ice machine on the tip of the front as if it hadn't been wiped of moisture in some time. CA:Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude any build of soil or food residues. COS: Chute was cleaned while on site and was observed newly cleaned before leaving.
