Cold potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees F or lower in refrigerator. 12 6 packs of yogurt found in left side refrigerator between 47 and 54 degrees F (have been in storage since 5/12). Crisper full of individual packets of cream cheese found in left side refrigerator between 47 and 50 degrees F (in storage over 24 hrs). All out of temperature items were removed to trash by manager; temp thermostat decreased in left side refrigerator, only bread stored inside left side refrigerator at this time.
