- Poisonous or toxic materials shall be used according to:
(i) Law and this Chapter;
(ii) Manufacturer's use directions included in labeling, and, for a pesticide, manufacturer's label instructions that state that use is allowed in a food service establishment, P
(iii) The conditions of certification, if certification is required, for use of the pest control materials, P and Note: Observed sanitizer bucket to be at a concentration greater than 100ppm Chlorine. PIC discarded solution and remade to 100ppm Chlorine.

511-6-1.04(4)(k) - In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage (C) (k)Storage of In-Use Utensils. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored:
1.Except as specified under paragraph 2 of this subsection, in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container;
2.In food that is not time/temperature control for safety food with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed, such as bins of sugar, flour, or cinnamon; Note: Observed bowl being used as scoop in sugar container. PIC replaced bowl with an approved scoop with handle above the top of the sugar.
