Replace missing smoke detectors (rooms: 104,107, 213); do not rent rooms without detectors. Clean: refrigerators/freezers, inside cabinets, ash trays. Repair damaged cabinets, replace missing light covers (rm 213)

Clean: tubs, sinks, ceiling in 107

Clean: a/c covers (and filters), microwaves, refrigerators, inside cabinets, Walls and ceilings

Ceilings in all bathrooms must be smooth and cleanable (rm 220 was not; popcorn ceiling)

Need gas fired equipment inspection records for 2 dryers, 3 tankless water heaters, one tank water heater. Inspection must be performed yearly with copies provided to RCHD

Ice buckets must be washed, rinsed and sanitized (in 2-3 compartment sink) or washed, rinsed and single use bag provided (several rooms had no bags)

Clean: a/c filters and covers, inside cabinets, walls by cabinets (splashed food observed). Replace/repair: rusty microwaves, cabinets with wear and tear (under sinks especially). Replace missing light cover between beds in 227). Replace missing smoke detectors; do not rent rooms without working detectors (those observed missing were replaced during inspection)
