Observed expired Serv Safe Certificate. C/A - obtain new Serv Safe ASAP.

Observed dirty blade on can opener. C/A - clean can opener more frequently and sanitize since it is a food contact surface.

Observed no sanitizer bucket in use at stand. C/A - make up sani bucket every 4 hours. COS - manager made up sani bucket and had employees clean counter.
