Observed TCS food in WIC not at 41F or below. C/A: Cold storage of TCS food is required to be at 41F or below.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed mold like substance inside ice maker. C/A: Clean ice maker.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed no prep and discard dates on any items that were prep by the establishment. C/A: TCS food that is been prepped and not in original package will need a prep and discard date.
