Observed rust on racks storing food and debris on exhaust fan in reach-in-cooler closest to back door. C/A: Replace or ensure food contact surfaces are properly washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried to prevent food contamination.

Observed several food containers stored without a common name label in coolers. C/A: Label all food products stored outside of its original container with a common name.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed employees' belongings (syrup, drinks, and bagels) stored inside reach-in-cooler with restaurant products. C/A: Place employees' belongings in a designated area separate from restaurant items.
