Observed fish, chicken, and onions stored without a cover in the walk-in-cooler and walk-in-freezer. COS- covers/lids placed on food C/A: Store all foods covered.

Observed chicken, rice, and sweet tea stored on floor in the kitchen and walk-in-cooler. COS- food was placed on shelves C/A: Store all food items at least 6" off of the floor.
