11 - appropriate lifesaving equipment present
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(10)(a) - (a) a light, strong pole not less than twelve feet long including body hook.
Reach pole must be 12 foot minimum with shepherds hook attached (bolt) to end.

Cyanuric acid (stabilizer) concentration must not exceed 90ppm during operation of pool (was much greater than 90ppm).
22 - signs: peak occupancy/pool/spa/signs legible and in clearview
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(13)(c) - (c) a sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy.
