Observed coleslaw and ambient temperature at 50 degrees, 56 degrees, 50 degrees, and 48 degrees F in walk in cooler. C/A - repair cooler so that it keeps all TCS food below 41 degrees F for safe cold holding temperature. Move all TCS food to different cooler to keep it at a safe temp. COS - manager had food moved to a working walk in cooler to keep it at a safe cold holding temperature.
