Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. No foods were hot holding at the time of inspection. Informal required within 10 days or by 3/27/26 Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. 4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed the microwave contained food debris. Observed the conventional oven door with debris. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in chagre) cleaned the microwave and the conventional oven.

15A: .05(2)(a)Observed four fryer baskets with wires sticking out. Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC discarded the fryer baskets.

17A: .07(2)(l)Observed the employee bathroom door does not close all the way. Except where a toilet room is located outside a food service establishment and does not open directly into the food service establishment, such as a toilet room that is provided by the management of a shopping mall, a toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door. (C)
