TCS food temperatures assessed. Food in freezer is frozen solid. Bathroom door must be kept closed at all times. Item will be marked out of compliance if observed left open on any future inspection. 12A: .04(4)(q)Observed two cases of raw meat stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. Observed box of tomatoes and bag of sugar stored directly on the floor in the storage area. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food:
- in a clean dry location; (C)
- where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; (C) and
- at least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor. (C) Corrective Actions: Food was stored correctly.
