The person in charge shall ensure the business entity providing key drop deliveries to the establishment certifies in writing to the establishment that the products delivered will be under its control throughout the delivery process to the establishment, and that all products will be delivered to the establishment during the key drop delivery hours pursuant to the secured access arrangement set by the food service establishment. 2-2A: .03(4)(a)(b)(c)(e)(f)Observed the person in charge could not provide a copy of their employee health agreement form for two food employees that were preparing food. The person in charge stated they were new. The permit holder shall require food employees to report to the Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) and Person-In-Charge information about their health, activities, and any other relevant information (i.e., onset of symptoms and illness or diagnosis without symptoms) as they relate to diseases that are spread through food. (P, Pf) Corrective Actions: The person in charge went over their employee health agreement form with employees and had them sign onsite.
