Multiple items in WIC (noodles, prepped vegetables, chicken) found without 7 day discard date. All food held for more than 24 hours must have discard date.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Small bowl in prep top cooler being used to scoop out raw steak. PIC removed bowl and was educated on using scoop with handle. Large container of rice also found with scoop without handle being used. PIC removed scoop without handle.
