Multiple TCS foods found above 41F. Prep top #2 contained multiple items; sliced tomatoes @ 64F, shredded lettuce @ 64F, salad mix @ 55F, and coleslaw @ 64F. PIC willingly discarded all food not in temp, retrieved new product and iced down prep top area to ensure all replaced food is at or below 41F. Items also found in WIC above 41F. Raw chicken @ 47F. PIC states employees were stocking WIC with new product received today and temp was high due to WIC door being left open. PIC instructed employees to keep door shut at all times unless in use to maintain TCS foods @ 41F or below.
