Observed employee drinking from a yeti cup and a water bottle in prep area. Drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed. C/A: items were removed from prep area.

Observed no written documentation or verbal response for employees to return to work after diagnosis or symptoms of infection from food borne disease. Person in Charge will obtain written documentation for keeping at the facility.

Observed back door not self closing, equipped with properly designed screening or equipped with a working mechanical equipment (air curtain) to prevent the entry of insects. Person in charge will have air curtain repaired.
