Observed salsa at 44 and rice at 48 in reach in cooler. COS: manager discarded. Cooler is working, items are in very large containers and not cooled properly.

Observed cheese dip at 115. COS: cheese dip reheated to 165.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

Observed raw eggs stored next to salsa and raw shrimp next to bell peppers and onions. Ca: advised all raw meat and eggs need to be stored away from ready to eat food.

Observed ice scoop stored in ice bin touching ice.
