Observed expired milk in walk in cooler. Dates 8/22 & 8/30. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. PIC discarded milks.

Observed live pests (roaches, flies) in the establishment. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: 4. Eliminating harborage conditions.

Observed exposed wood under flooring at the back door. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed food (chicken strips, roast beef, spinach, sliced tomatoes) being held at the establishment past the used by date on the label. A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it: (i) Exceeds 7 days, not including the time that the product is frozen; (ii) Is in a container or package that does not bear a date or day; or (iii) Is appropriately marked with a date or day that exceeds 7 days. PIC discarded the product.

Observed flies within the establishment. PIC to utilize methods to prevent pest entering the establishment.

Observed permit not posted. PIC to post food service permit.
