Observed an personal beverage containers on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. COS - Drinks removed.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed ice in the hand wash sink. The hand wash sink may be used for no other purpose other than handwashing. COS - Informed the PIC. The PIC will train staff on which sinks are designated for dumping.

Observed potentially hazardous food (pork) thawed in standing water. COS - Water was turned back on at time of inspection.
