Observed BBQ pork reading 117 F in the stream table. COS The BBQ pork was reheated on the flat grill to 165 F for 15 sec. All hot food must be reading 165 F or higher except for when using time as a public health.

Observed the water pump broken on the mobile unit. Need to fix water pump as soon as possible. COS. A temporary handwash station was set up for tonight only. This handwash sink must be fixed on 12/8/2023 or you can not operate until this water pump is fixed. There must be a handwash sink accessible at all times.
