Observed hand wash sink in kitchen with no paper towels. Hand wash sinks shall be equipped with paper towels, soap, hot water, proper signage and a trashcan. PIC stated she would refill paper towel dispenser immediately.

Observed leaks in "Inn" 3 compartment sink in kitchen. A plumbing system shall be constructed and repaired with approved materials according to law. PIC stated she would would get maintenance to repair leak.

Observed multiple mops in mop buckets in between uses. Mops shall be hung to air dry between use.

Observed mildew and slime on inside of ice machine in serving kitchen. Ice machine should be placed on a regular cleaning schedule in order to prevent food contamination. PIC will have it cleaned today and will not serve this ice to clients.

Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of freezers, inside bottom of freezers and reach in coolers, shelves, counters. Need general cleaning as discussed with PIC. Facility should develop detailed cleaning schedule or hire cleaning company as discussed during inspection. PIC states facility will be deep cleaned immediately.
