Observed several items on the bar without time located on it. These food such as egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and sweet n sour chicken was reading 118, 106, and 119. These items are suppose to have a time stamp each time it is changed out and kept only for 4 hours. COS these items were thrown out.

Observed take out bags being used as storage bag for foods in the freezer. Do not use take out bags for food product unless the food is wrapped in food grade paper. Please change out wrappers by 1-2-2026

Observed food items in the freezer that should be covered. COS owner covered the food. All food should be covered except with cooling.

Observed ice maker with black substance. Please clean ice maker.

Observed corn starch and flour not label in storage area. COS these items were label. all food item that is taken out of their original containers and can be easily mistaken for something else must be label with common name.

Observed no sanitizer in the dishwasher. COS the three compartment sink was set up to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes. ALL food contact surface must be washed, rinse and sanitized properly.

Observed a plastic vinegar bottle cut as a scoop to scoop out rice and observed a bowl without an handle in the bulk rice containers. These scoops should have a handle and designed to be a scoop by a manufactory,
