Observed hot dogs with a date of 5-5-2025 on them. PIC said he believes the hot dogs were open sometime this week because they have a hot dog special going on right now. However, since he wasn't sure, pic threw these hot dog out. Once hot dog are open, must use within 7 days. COS.

Observed the handwash sink with many lemons and straws. This sink is being used as a dump station by the waitstaff instead of a handwash sink. Please clean out the sink and use this sink as a handwashing sink by 3/28/2024

Observed several containers in the cooler not having a cover such as tray of prep desserts/fruits and spinach in the prep cooler. Observed one containers on the shelf that was open. COS these items were covered. All food items should be protected from overhead protection.

Observed high temp dish machine reading 135F. The high temp dish machine should be reading 180 or higher. Please get it fixed by 3/29/2024. Until this get fixed, must wash dishes in the 3 compartment sink.

Observed a ice cream scoop laying in the freezer beside the ice cream. This scoop wasn't in a clean container or in the ice cream. COS. The scoop was taken out of the freezer to be washed, rinse and sanitized.

Observed hot dogs with a date of 1-28-2024. PIC said the hotdogs were taken out of freezer yesterday. COS a new date was placed on the hotdogs. Observed several food items that were not date marked in the cooler. COS these items were thrown out by pic.
