Observed two clean knives stored in crack between two prep tables. CA: Utensils must be stored in an area that is easily cleanable. COS: PIC moved knives.

Observed bottom portion of prep table and storage racks in walk in cooler with rust. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.

Observed employee storage rack stored close enough to food storage to possibly cause contamination. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.
