Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed drive-thru drink machine nozzles not clean to sight or touch (black buildup on nozzle and dispenser portion). CA: All food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed excessive build up of grease on walls, broken/missing tiles on floor. CA: Physical facilities shall remain clean and in good repair.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(j) - heating, ventilation, air conditioning, system vents, designed to prevent contamination (c)
Observed excessive dust build up on AC vent covers and light shields in kitchen (above fryer station, dish/ice area). CA: All ventilation and lighting covers shall remain clean and free of build up of potential contamination.
