Observed items without date marking. Observed breakfast meat dated 3/5. Observed mold around lid of bbq sauce container. All items should be date marked. Items held past 7 days should be discarded.

Observed repairs needed to floor near ice machine. Observed cleaning needed to vent hood and throughout facility. Excess items on front porch and inside should be removed.
