Observed chicken under heat lamp and mac and cheese in warmer not at 135F or higher. Observed several lamps not working on heat lamp unit. Unit in need of repair/replacement.

Observed cleaning needed to cooler & freezer doors and other stationary equipment throughout kitchen.

Observed several broken and missing floor tiles in kitchen. Observed standing water on floor in areas where tiles are missing. Observed repairs and cleaning needed to walls throughout kitchen.
