- Observed several time/temperature control for safety food items not held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below in yogurt cooler, reach in cooler under drive thru window, and walk-in-cooler (see temp log).
- CTM, repair company called to come service coolers while EHS on site. Coolers must be fixed within 72 hours and EHS notified when coolers are fixed. Walk-in-cooler must be fixed today to remain open due to the lack of usable coolers in facility. Contact Brooke at 229-232-3116 or brooke.pearson@dph.ga.gov when coolers are fixed or with plan of repair. According to manager, walk-in-cooler temp was taken of lettuce and temp was 41F. Cooler temperature documented in computer system. TCS food items were placed in freezer to cool back down to 41F until cooler can be fixed. Yogurt was discarded from yogurt cooler due to unknown time out of 41F. White milk and chocolate milks were discarded from reach in cooler under drive thru window. Coolers that cannot maintain TCS food at 41F shall not be used until fixed.
