Ranch Dressing: 52 degrees Fahrenheit Spicy Ranch Dressing: 53 degrees Fahrenheit Shredded Cheese: 53 degrees Fahrenheit Bleu Cheese Crumbles: 56 degrees Fahrenheit All items were discarded of. Recommended the manager move these items to the middle of the prep top cooler and away from the warmer station or sit them on an ice bath
