Observed sewer plumbing loosely fitted to structure and able to be pulled off allowing sewage to fall to the ground. Found a modified septic tank that had multiple sewer lines running into it through a hole made in the top of septic tank. landscaping clothe was laid over hole and a stepping stone over that, but is unapproved use of the septic tank presents a hazard to persons who could possible fall down into modified septic tank. Modified septic tank is over due to be pumped out. a unapproved pump was put down into tank and a illegal sewer line ran from pump up to the garden where sewer was dumped into irrigation trenches along garden beds. The septic system needs further evaluation and repaired for function, and safe practices
