OBSERVED VEGETABLE WASH SINK DAMAGED WITH A MAJOR CRACK OUT OF REPAIR. CA: EQUIPMENT SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN A STATE OF REPAIR. CB: PIC WILL REPAIR SINK OR ORDER A NEW SINK MADE FROM A MATERIAL THAT IS IN GOOD REPAIR AND SAFE TO CLEAN & WASH VEGETABLES.

OBSERVED HOOD VENTS ACCUMULATING GREASE AND DUST BUILD UP. CA: VENTILATION HOOD SYSTEMS AND FILTERS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO BE READILY REMOVABLE FOR REGULAR CLEANING. CB: PIC WILL PUT INTO PLACE A CLEANING SCHEDULE FOR HOOD VENTS TO PREVENT ACCUMULATION OF DUST/GREASE FROM BUILDING UP OVERTIME.
