Observed heavy black, organic build up on underside of juice dispenser/machine around nozzles. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized at a rate to prevent buildup. Clean and sanitize juice machine.

Observed improper mop storage. Mop must be stored hanging to dry.

Observed raw wood shelf in walk in freezer. all nonfood-contact surfaces must be non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Seal raw wood.
