Observed cracked tile on shower wall in Rm# 214. *Replace cracked tiles
32 - separate, structurally sound, clean, and in good repair: dryers vented and adequate lighting
Repair/replace damaged areas of wall near floor in laundry room. Replace section of ceiling that is missing in area where bed coverings are stored
